The Retail World Team Valley store not only stocks a wide range of delicious chocolate to cover everyone’s taste, but is also home to a Velvetiser Café. The Velvetiser Café sells delicious coffee and hot chocolate using the Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser coffee machines, alongside a range of tasty treats and snacks!

We’re constantly striving to be fresh, creative, and innovative, and always one surprising step ahead. We take inspiration from everything we love; from our cacao farms’ lush rainforest surroundings,  to classic British desserts and tipples.

Chocolate starts at the roots of the cacao tree. As growers ourselves, with direct links to cacao farmers across the globe, we have an intricate understanding of how to turn quality cacao beans into irresistible chocolate.

You work too hard for bad chocolate. Farmers work too hard for cheap cacao. We’ve been challenging the status quo for cacao farming since 2002.
